I just found this kiln being offered in Seward, and I'm in touch with the owner:

It needs a little electrical work, and requires 3-phase power. I don't have the skills to fix it, but thought maybe somebody at tc maker might. Is it worth it? I'm not a ceramicist, but seems like it could be cool to have around... Would love to do some slip casting...

Skutt kilns are pretty easy to work on, and are usually in demand for that reason. You can even add a computer control to replace the kiln sitter.
They do sell conversion kits to switch from 3 phase to single phase - https://skutt.com/skutt-resources/repairs/converting-phase-of-kiln/

The shell looks pretty good, but it make be just as easy to stick a burner in it and convert it to a gas kiln.

If the goal is to have it at the space, three phase is actually somewhat easier to get than single phase on the shop floor as far as I know.
