So after climbing my way to the top of paperwork mountain I am seeing some old and incomplete records and email issues trying to send members information. I am asking all current members to please complete this form (Click me ) by 10/30/12 to help me clean up the records.

Brandon is doing an audit of our member database and is looking to get updated and current information from members (EG: you pay for a monthly membership).

If you are a current member, paying dues, please help us out by updating in your information.  We have setup a survey that will capture your info https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?pli=1&formkey=dEw3dE9RVjlRblhsTFFoam51dU1ETkE6MQ#gid=0 

This only pertains to current dues paying members. None of the email lists or Google groups email lists will have modifications.

Hello members,

Apologies to the list members for the confusion, i should have been more clear on what this is. I am doing an audit of our member database and and I am looking to get updated and current email address from members (EG: you pay for a monthly membership).  From my research I have found that I'm getting 15% bounces for official member announcements.  If you are a current member paying dues, please help us out by updating in your information.  We have setup a Google doc that will capture your info HERE.

This only pertains to the member email address, and not the google groups email list.
