Motion to vote on by Friday 8pm!

Please vote on the following proposed motion by 8pm today (Friday), so that there is time to prepare envelopes before Closing Day if the motion passes.

Don Phillips motions the following:

• Offer to Majors teams (2) and Juniors team (1) to keep their uniforms, with a suggested donation of $20.  We will provide envelopes to the managers (me, Nick, Eric), who can provide to parents.  Manager will collect the jersey (if people do not want to keep) or the envelope from the parents.  Parents wanting to keep the jersey can return a sealed envelope, including any donation - they could provide an empty envelope if $$$ is an issue.  Managers then provide returned jerseys and envelopes to Lori, Lori provides envelopes to Tai.
• Offer for Seniors to keep their uniforms, without suggested donation.  Lori said these uniforms are ~15 years old and not in great shape.
• Offer for Minors to keep their mesh vests, without suggested donation.  These vests are ~5 years old and not in great shape.
• Collect belts as we have always done in the past.

This is all way too complicated for way to little payback. I second Gopala. Turn in belts, and if player wants the uniform, keep it (all levels). If not turn it in for donation to the uniform/equipment exchange.
