Financial Statements as of 8/31/2015

Hi all,

 

Please find attached the financial statements as of 8/31/2015. 

 

Please note that a few major costs relating to Fall Ball has not been recorded (uniforms and equipment) yet.  Fall Ball revenue for this year is $2, 580.  I am expecting another $3K in the mail for the remaining kids that registered after 8/7/15.  The other balance in the income statement relates to the prior year.

 

Below is a copy of the bank statement from Wells Fargo.  The cash balance is off by $200 due to a returned refund check that I need reissue.

TCLL Board Members,

Apparently many of you are trying to relive your youth because you are all going "Back to School!"  As a result, we won't have a quorum, so I am rescheduling the meeting for Wednesday Sep 16th. We will meet in our regular location, Round Table Pizza or Stevens Creek Boulevard.  Time and agenda will remain the same.  

I hope you can all make it, as I want to go over our 2015-16 goals for the league and begin implementing some changes in preparation for the impending merger.  It's important that we have a good turn out to ensure success.  Please let me know if you are unable to make the meeting on Wednesday 9/16, @ 7:30pm.  

Enjoy going Back to School.  I hope you all get asked to the prom!  ;-)

TCLL Board,

A late reminder, but we are scheduled for our monthly Board Meeting tomorrow, Wednesday Oct 14th, 7:30pm at Round Table.  We were unable to have an official Board Meeting last time due to a lack of a quorum.  Please respond to this email to let me know if you will be available to attend or not.  I want to hear from you one way or the other.  

We have 2 very important items on the agenda this week:  First, we are expecting to get our Little League approval for the merger of Tri-Cities Pacific and Cupertino National Little Leagues sometime this month.  Second, we are targeting November 1st to open Registration for Cupertino Little League.  

For those of you who joined our last meeting, I was able to review the committee structure I am establishing for our Board moving forward.  I want the opportunity to review it with those who were not able to attend.  This is an important change that I think will help with the integration of both TCLL & CNLL.
