Hi all,

Here’s a draft logo for consideration. I will need to clean up the helmet image a bit if we decide with this logo.

Sorry for the late response.  I prefer the first two over the third.  In the first two, it would be good to see an option with the O spelled out and the helmet underneath the Little League text (and of course I always think somewhere there should be a swoosh with optional flaming baseball at the end 😊).

What is the context of this logo, e.g., what would show up on a jersey?  I think we need to define the different contexts for the league logo, e.g.,
  • What goes on a uniform jersey- regular season jerseys, All-Star jerseys, Fall Ball jerseys
  • What goes on a hat, e.g., scripted CUP or CLL (Campbell LL might have beaten us to this)
  • What goes on our letter head
  • What goes on our web site
  • What goes on league merchandise, e.g., t-shirts, sweatshirts
  • Other?
This could be more than one "logo", e.g., three logos - one for hats, one for uniform jerseys, one for letter head/web site/merchandise.

Thanks,
Don

Good points.  I can take a swag and get back to everyone.  I assume most are happy with the font and general layout.

FYI, the third one was a patch design that can go on the shoulder opposite of the LL patch.

I know Greg has a design out there.  I liked to helmet with the ball design inside of it.

I know I was not at the last meeting so I do t know where we are at with the merger, but my question is:

Are we coming up with a unified logo that we design and present it to he other boards members that join us, in hopes that they like what TCLL came up with. Or are they coming up with a new logo too and then we vote on the one we like best?

FYI, this was a duplicate email from last time.  Thanks for everyone’s feedback so far.

Please note that the league is going in a different direction on the logo using outside website for ideas.

Thought I float some ideas around.

For our hat, we can model it after Cincinnati Red's "C". It's basically our current logo without the "T" (see photo).

For our jersey, we can do the scripted "Cupertino". (see photo)

For our head/website/merchandise, we can probably use a modified CN logo that they have on their website. Need to ask CN who designed their logo.

I like the scripted "Cupertino" on the jersey, it is simple, clear, and pleasing to see.

I also like the letter "C" on the hat, as long as there is no copyright issue.
