Hello, Cupertino Little League Parents!
This
Saturday, December 12, is the League’s first in-person player verification meeting.
In-Person Verification times are:
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Wilson Park
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Kennedy Middle School (Lower Field)
If Saturday is inconvenient for you, the League also will host an in-person verification meeting on
Wednesday, December 16, 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (Location to be announced)
Completing Registration. If you have already signed up your player online for the Spring Season, this is your opportunity to complete his or her registration. To complete registration, the League must verify your player’s age and residence. Please visit
www.cupertinolittleleague.org to learn what documents will satisfy Little League
age and
residency requirements.
We also will ask you to complete a Little League Volunteer application (attached) and
Code of Conduct/Volunteer Acknowledgement form and provide a Volunteer Deposit of $150.* (If, because of your current residence, your player is eligible for a
school enrollment or out-of-boundary waiver, those forms will be available at the in-person meetings.)
Online Registration. Parents also may complete the online portion of registration for their player(s) during these in-person times, though we encourage parents to sign up online in advance.
Please Volunteer. Among other volunteer opportunities, the League is in need of team Managers and Coaches, as well as parents who can help run the Snack Shacks (one each at Wilson Park and Kennedy Middle School). New coaches are welcome, and the League will o?er training to get you started.
We look forward to seeing you!

Volunteer Deposits. Cupertino Little League is an all-volunteer organization. Without parental
involvement, the League cannot operate. As with any volunteer organization, the League does not enjoy 100% volunteer participation. As a result, and in order to encourage parents to get involved, the League asks for a $150 Volunteer Deposit check, post-dated to June 30, 2016. The League Treasurer will hold all volunteer checks until the end of the Season. Checks will be shred for all families that have fulfilled their League-Level Volunteer responsibilities. If a family is unable, however, to ful"ll a League-Level Volunteer role during the season or post-season, the League will cash that family’s check. The League understands that some families may be unable (or choose not) to participate in the
Volunteer Program. For those families, the League others an “opt out” choice – you may pay $150 at registration time and exempt yourself from volunteering at the League level. You can read about the Volunteer Program
