Our next in-person verification/registration meeting is this Wednesday at 7:00.  We will host at Smokeater's on DeAnza Blvd.

Special Thank you to Theresa, Hanyen, Steve, Tai, & Dan for making our first verification/registration a success on Saturday.  We have ~110 players registered for the Spring Season!  Nice job!

I won’t be able to come this Wednesday to do the online registration and printing the release forms. But I can spare sometime around noon tomorrow or Wednesday to show someone how to do those. Let me know if anyone willing to help out.

Cupertino LL Board of Directors,

A big THANK YOU to Greg Shaw for getting the new banners and lawn signs.  I have 10 banners and about 50 lawn signs at my house.  I need help replacing those old TCLL and CNLL banners on schools and public areas across the City.  I can do Collins and Lawson, but need help for the rest.  Especially you west-enders!  

Let me know if you can help put up the banners and I will either leave them out front of my house, or arrange to meet you somewhere.

Hi Team,
Just a quick reminder that our monthly Board meeting is this Monday, Jan 11th, 7pm at Round Table pizza.  We were unable to hold an official meeting last month due to a lack of a quorum.  Without a quorum, we can not conduct our required business, and there is a lot of things we need to discuss and vote on for the upcoming season.  

I am asking that you please let me know in advance if you will or will not attend the meeting this Monday.  Please respond to this email.  

We will go though each of the committee reports.  If you have a specific agenda item, or know what voting items we will have, please let me know and I will communicate the voting items prior to the meeting along with an agenda.
