Two motions for discussion

Hi All-

Two motions open for discussion. Will leave it open for comments and discussion until end of day Monday. Then we will rewrite motion based on discussion and ask for a vote on Tuesday.

Don Phillips make the following motions:

Motion 1:

Part A.  Standard Fall Ball fee of $100 per player, $120 for any out-of-boundaries players, $10 discount on siblings (applied to the 2nd+ child).  Rationale: this is the same fee structure as for last year.  Extra $20 for out-of-boundary covers additional field usage fees, plus a set-up fee in LeagueOne.  We are not expecting many out-of-boundary players (assuming CN now part of boundaries).

Part B.  $50 fee for kids playing Cupertino Coyotes.  Rationale: covers field usage fees plus general facilities/equipment wear-and-tear.  This is the fee we charged a couple of years ago for the Cupertino Cobras travel team. 

Motion 2:

To release $150 for get well gifts for 2 seniors all star players who were injured with fairly serious injuries. Thinking of a cookie bouquet for one and fruit arrangement for 2nd player.
