Calling TCL from Visual C++

Aside of the fact that calling TCL is a pretty inefficient thing to do
in general, I want to do it anyway. Most examples I see for this are
written to use g++ and I haven't really been able to get any of them
to work on my XP machine using Visual C++.

Does anyone have some pointers or example code?
