How do I use packages like Oratcl and tclodbc with MyTcl?

Hi Folks,
I used teacup to install the packages Oratcl and tclodbc and they work
fine from my TCL shell, however I cannot install them to the mytcl
utility, I have tried running teacup from the tcl shells in the mytcl
path but it just reports that its already installed, yet the debugger
cannot find these packages.

If anyone can assist me installing these packages for mytcl I would be
most grateful.
