I think it is possible but yet very difficult. When you released your first tool, even free, not a lot of developers were interested despites it is a good piece of software. Others switched to other solutions, just as I did ( I use now Notepad++ and pure Tcl extensions ). But I remembered that you added very interesting extension such as BLT, tcom, vtk . Maybe solid binaries can be interesting for some developpers. What will interest me in MyTcl now would be a good debugger tool and nice wrapper in a Tclkit for example ( it seems that Freewrap is less used these days ) and a robust COM extension.

https://github.com/flightaware/Tcl-bounties , there is a case to revive Tcl Pro debugger which I guess you can master...The price is not negligeable. The Tcl Pro debugger was based on Tuba ( a pure Tcl program ) I think and Tcl Pro sources are still available.
