[TCLCORE] TIP Contribution Bug in Tcl/Tk 8.6.10, 8.6.11, 8.6.12, 8.7.a5

Hi,

 

In Tcl/Tk 8.6.10, 8.6.11, 8.6.12, 8.7.a5 there is a regression bug regarding binding to “all” and Tab key.

 

So

 

bind all <Key-Tab> "puts works!"

 

does not fire anymore.

 

To reproduce the bug:

 

Simply open the wish console and input:

bind all <Key-Tab> "puts works!"

Then put the focus on the empty toplevel and press Tab key.
Check if the woks! output is generated.
