NEW in Win10 2009 (20H2): The "OneNote" "phantom" printer. It is just present in the registry and CANNOT be removed by powershell Remove-Printer. (Even Get-Printer doesn't know it). My solution script is based on the observings how windows device manager removes devices and what happens if you remove the printer through the Windows Settings UI.
