2025 Co-Clinical Imaging Research Resource Program (CIRP) Annual Virtual Meeting, Celebrating A Ten-Year Milestone
Date: May 7 - 8, 2025
Location: Webex Meeting
Event and Registration Website: https://events.cancer.gov/cip/cirp
This meeting will focus on how quantitative imaging methods are optimized to improve the quality of imaging results for co-clinical trials of adult and pediatric cancers, what co-clinical quantitative imaging information is currently available at NCI co-clinical imaging research resources and applications of co-clinical imaging to oncology precision medicine.
The CIRP network was formed in 2018 based on a trans-NCI initiative, with a joint effort of the Cancer Imaging Program at the Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis, the Division of Cancer Biology, and the Division of Cancer Prevention. The mission is to advance precision medicine by establishing consensus-based best practices for co-clinical quantitative imaging to enable disease detection, risk stratification, and assessment/prediction of response to therapy. Previous CIRP annual meetings can be found at https://wiki.nci.nih.gov/display/NCICRIP/Previous+Meetings.
This annual meeting will present pilot applications of co-clinical imaging across various primary and metastatic cancer types, including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, hematological, and bone cancers. The keynote talk will outline the consensus of the future co-clinical imaging roadmap.
