Greetings !!






Ø  Manage and run the center as a profit making center manager.   The center must be making profits month on month.

Ø  Ensure to achieve the set business targets (individual and the center) by motivating and working along with the team.

Ø  Should be generating business / revenue through Retail, Corporate and College and will be accountable for all the three.

Ø  Responsible for forecasting business, team planning and budgeting for the respective center. Based on the season and based on the business volume expected the same should be done.

Ø  Work towards building and keeping up the brand value of Cegonsoft Pvt Ltd.

Ø  Responsible for cost cutting and savings of the respective center.

Ø  Plan and achieve the monthly target both in terms of, billing and collection by framing the strategies.  

Ø  Responsible to ensure all collectibles are being realized on time and less drop outs / cancellation of registrations and no collections are due for longer than the due date.  

Ø  Will be responsible to plan and executive both Internal and external marketing activities to generate more walk ins to the center.  

Ø  Will have the marketing team and the technical  teams reporting directly  and other teams such as HRA / Placement Team, Admin team etc report in dotted lines as per the Organization chart and will be responsible of the deliverable of his / her team that constitutes as a center.Should bring up the Co-ordination between the team members for the smooth operation of the center and business development.

Ø  Should ensure to have an effective co-ordination with the marketing team and service delivery team (technical team) for batch planning and allocation and delivery of services.  

Ø  Analyzing the team member’s performance and guiding/motivating them towards the Target.

Ø  Should be responsible for the Center’s hospitality and decorum.

Ø  Ensure that no false commitment is made either from the marketing team, placement team or the technical team or any other team at the respective center.   

Ø  Should confirm that, no extra hours have been allotted to the students without consent to their prior written request and your approval.  

Ø  Assist the placement team (HRA / Placement Coordinator) for all the placement related activities which also includes the Saturday activity class, Job fair, Campus Drive etc as and when needed.  

Ø  Effectively resolve all the student related issues (if any) that arises be it the student is a current student or has already completed his/her course with Cegonsoft.  

Ø  Ensure that there are no re-funds because of the false commitment or the fault of any of the team member, then the refund amount should be borne by the centre manager and his team.  

Ø  Ensure to verify all the inquiry forms / Registers / Files of the team members on daily basis.  

Ø  Attrition rate in the respective center belongs to the Center Manager.

Ø  Will be responsible for all the reports pertaining to the center for Self.

Ø  A center manager cannot be biased / partial to any customer or employee at any given time and the same will not be entertained. Being so would be an ethical issue and the same is addressed in the appointment letter.

Ø  Should cooperate with the Audit and Process teams during audit and work with them on the audit feedback and bring out POA as per the same.
