I would like to put  forward our current requirement for the post of "Trainee Software  Engineer" . We are looking for 2010/2011 pass outs. We are looking for students from your college who have an excellent academic track record of 60% throughout. We would be conducting a test/interview process for them at our corporate office.  You can directly send the candidates to the venue on 17-Jun-2011. Kindly confirm the count of students attending the interview 2 days in advance. Following are the details

Directions to reach Udupi : If their are coming from out station, they can get in touch with their nearest KSTRC bus services for the route plan. From Mangalore Service bus stand, they can take any express bus going towards Kundapura/Manipal/Udupi and ask to be dropped at Udupi Bus Stand. Distance: 60 KM from Mangalore.

Directions to reach Robosoft: From Udupi City Bus Stand, they can take any local bus going towards Kallianpura/Brahmavara/Kundapura and ask to be dropped at Ashirvad Theatre Bus Stop in Santhekatte.  Robosoft is the very next building to Ashirvad Theatre.

On arrival at Robosoft, please make themself comfortable at our Visitors lounge, located near the main gate.  Our Security personnel will attend to them to complete the visitor formalities. 

Robosoft observes ISO 27001:2005 certification standards relating to IT Security and as such, we request them not to carry a mobile phone that has a camera /data upload-download / remote connectivity features in it or any kind of data storage media like pen drives, CDs, etc., inside our Company premises.  If they have any such gadgets, please surrender them to the Security personnel.  their handbag, folders, files, etc., which them carry will be checked by our Security personnel.  Kindly cooperate.

Test & interview process and selection criteria for Trainee Software Engineers would be:

Date of Test , Technical & HR Interview:  17-Jun-2010, Friday

Reporting Time at our Office: 09:00 am

1) BE CS/IS branch and MCA of 2010/2011 Batch

2) 60% aggregate through out academics

3) All the students will have to first write a Programming Test where in they are required to write a program in either C or C++, depending on their performance in the said written test they shall be attending a face to face technical interview. Where in they shall be tested on their skill sets in the language thay have attended the written and DS/OS. Additionally they shall also be interviewed in the Object oriented concepts in common. Based on their results in the technical interview they have be facing HR interview. The selected students would have to join us immediately. 

4) Ref books: C Programming Language by Ritchie & Kernighan

 C++ complete reference by Herbert Schildt

The candidates are required to bring with them the following mandatory documents in original and one photocopy of each, when coming for the test/interview:

1. Duly updated CV with a Passport size Photograph attached to the right corner of the CV;

2. Semester wise Mark cards of 10th, 12th, Graduation and any other degree/ course.  These documents will be returned to them after verification;

3. Project Report of last semester of Graduation, as applicable (For Freshers only);

4. Experience proof like salary slip or appointment letter (For experienced candidates only);

5. Proof of their identification – Passport / Voter’s Id Card / Income Tax PAN card / Driving License.  In the case of college students, Id card issued by the college will do.

6. Proof of Permanent Address and local address.
