高级有机合成研究员/Senior Organic Chemist
Takes reponsibility of project management and execution, technical issue identifcation and resolution and on-time delivery of service and product as customer's demand. Will act as technical expert or leader in the cross-functional project team to make the projet success.
Plan, prepare and execute the assigned project within the timeline and budget.
计划，准备以及执行分配的项目，确保项目在计划的时间和预算内完成。
Identify the potential technical and project issue, and design fully and perform the experimental plan to resolve the problem in an efficient way. Summarize the knowledge of process and project obtained during the project execution to update the team workshop.
识别潜在的技术和项目问题，并且能够高效、全面地设计、执行实验计划以解决问题。总结在项目执行过程中获得的工艺和项目知识，并能够充实团队的知识库。
Communicate and present the project progress and issue in verbal or written forms to leader or customer if needed. According to project requirement, to complete the research report and technical document in Chinese or English, and to guarantee the quality of report and document and on-time delivery.
根据需要，与领导和客户沟通，汇报项目进展以及存在的问题。根据项目要求，用中文或英文完成研究报告和技术文件，确保报告和文件的质量，并按时交付客户。
Perform the lab maintenance as 5s requirement to keep the assigned lab area and equipment in good status.
按照部门5S的要求，做好实验室责任区以及实验设备的日常清洁与维护。
Coah the junior chemist and technician.
培训初级别的化学家和技术员
依照GMP要求参与相关培训。
Comply with cGMP's requirement to perform the related operation.
依照GMP要求进行相关操作。
Support production to prepare the related techincal documents: use test, parameter lsit, batch record, process accessorial record, process flow diagram, training book, CR and process know how et al.
支持生产部门准备生产相关技术文件：使用测试，工艺参数表，批记录、工艺附属记录、工艺流程图、培训手册、变更文件、操作要点等。
Support other function to investigate the abnormality of production and quality, set up and perform CAPA.
协助相关部门对生产异常和质量异常进行调查、处理、并制定、实施纠正和预防措施。
We expect:
l Ph.D, Chemical and related area, preferred study area in Synthetic Organic Chemistry
l Experience of process development and scale-up.
l Project management experience is preferred.
l Work experience in cross-functional team is preferred.
l Good English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
l GMP know-how
Senior Program Management Manager, Pharma & Biotech Business
To act as the key interface between Customer, Sales and Operations to deliver and execute customer contracts. Typically manages 1 – 3 active programs through project lifecycle. Manage complete life-cycle of all projects in a small and local site based portfolio up to 5mio with responsibility for quality, costs, PC2, time and risk
•Lead project execution after deal closure. Direct and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life of the project in a shared relationship management with KAM/Sales. Escalates issues as necessary.
•Acts as single point of contact and ensures the project is delivered in line with the agreed objectives. Act as the customer advocate on-site.
•Manage project scope, timelines and budget/profitability. Define, organize and be responsible for all project communication, agreeing milestones and conducting “lessons learned” exercise. Standard customer communication/interaction.
•Control Project scope and in conjunction with Proposals Team, prepare amendments and/or scope changes.
•Execute program relevant section of the S&OP process. Responsible for delivering to local S&OP and related demand planning.
•Acts a resource for colleagues with less experience and may mentor and train junior team members.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
We expect:
l Master or above
l 2-3 years of working experience in process development & scale-up
l Project management experience is preferred.
l Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration.
l Good English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
l GMP know-how
