Team,

I wanted to share some information with everyone that Daniel shared with us in Watkinsville. This is regarding the spreadsheet he sent out earlier in the month.
I will start by stating the obvious: the more we sell the phone for, the higher our gross profit; Therefore, I recommend using this only as a closing tool for the customers who would otherwise go somewhere else due to pricing.
The first thing you have to do is to save the spreadsheet to your work computers. I recommend saving the file to your desktop so you can easily access it and I've attached it again for your convenience.
If you have a customer that is hesitant to buy, has said that they could get a better deal elsewhere or is outright asking for a deal on pricing. First give them the benefits of doing business with you, and if that doesn't close the deal tell them that you need to go to your computer and see what you can do. Open the spreadsheet and from there you can manipulate the price and see immediately how it affects your GP. Your customers will feel like you are helping them out and you won't cut off your hand so to speak.
As prices change the spreadsheet will need to be updated to remain effective and hopefully Daniel will help us with that.
I know I've given great detail on what is a quite simple process, but I really hope it helps in your closing. If you have anything to add please share it with the group so we can all share a higher success. Have a great night team!

Best wishes,

Philip

Hello team,

This is great information from Philip that I encourage everyone of you to follow. Having the spreadsheet open every day on your computer will allow you to structure all deals so that everyone gets what they want. The customer will get a good deal and you will make as much money as possible on the sale.
I understand that there is still some confusion on how the gross profit system works. We will work on providing better and ongoing explanations.  Please feel free to call me with any specific questions.

Go have a great Saturday,
