Reps should click the link and open the page and save to favorites for easy access..
The process will do Credit/Debit Payments as well as Checks by routing and acct # (NOT CHECK NUMBER) meaning customer can re-use check some where else. :)
Screen will ask you to make a payment by number and then will ask for last 4 of SSN/Tax ID and billing ZipCode.. If there is a password on their EROES acct, it will ask for that once you hit continue the first time.
At that point just follow steps.. EXTREMELY USER FRIENDLY...
ONE WORD OF CAUTION, IF a customer has a current and a past due bill, MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT AMOUNT TO BE PAID! Past experiences show that it is very hard to get payments reversed (if at all). It has to go through financial services NOT ACCT MANAGER or ADAM or STORE MANAGER or DANIEL etc etc... Take your time and get it right the first time.. VERY EASY
