We’re writing to let you know that the domain that provides your Google Workspace for Education account has exceeded its available storage for an extended period. You may have noticed alerts when using Google Workspace services.
What you need to know
Your Google Workspace for Education administrator has been notified that they need to either reduce storage or purchase more. If they don’t reduce their storage to within the limit, your school's account will be suspended and eventually deleted.
What you need to do
Although your administrator will have the opportunity to fix the issue before any data is deleted, it's possible they will not take action which will result in the suspension, cancellation, and deletion of your school's account.
Therefore, if you have any data you're concerned about losing, you should export your data using Google Takeout or manually downloading it.
