North Central Texas College is accepting applications for the following position:

Vice President of Instruction: Gainesville campus; full time: Serve as the chief academic officer and is responsible for providing leadership and vision for credit and non-credit instructional programs and learning resources. The Vice President of Instruction serves as the lead administrator in the absence of the College President. Travel required between NCTC campuses. Contract/Salary: 12 month contact; salary commensurate with education and experience. May be subject to criminal background check. Required: Masters degree in an educational field of study or another closely related field. Community college teaching experience and five or more years of progressively responsible college administrative experience, including supervision of full-time teaching faculty and fiscal management. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions, ability to develop a budget and allocate resources; ability to work collaboratively to promote system-wide decisions; promote diversity in faculty and student populations; demonstrated ability to provide visionary and proactive leadership; and demonstrated proficiency in presentation skills.
