Hello all, I corresponded with Mrs. Eddy about the kids having a little celebration before break and this is her reply:

"We can put aside from 3:00-3:25 next Tuesday for a holiday party. The students would like to play card games (maybe I can teach them Spoons) and have pizza, cookies, and hot chocolate. I can provide a Christmas music playlist."

I will bring Costco pizzas, jumbo popcorn bags, paper plates and napkins. Please send your child with $2. 
Please let me know if you can contribute some cookies and/or hot chocolate supplies...
Hot cocoa packets
Hot water or hot milk carafe (s)
Mini marshmallows
Disposable hot cups
Cookies of all sorts

I'll try to figure out how to make a Google form for sign-ups tomorrow, but wanted to get this out before another day passes (again!). Please mark the date on your calendars!

Ms. Eddy mentioned to my daughter that unless they had a way to get hot water going, they couldn’t have hot coco. I don’t have a coffee maker to keep hot water in it. If someone brought one, that would be a solution. My daughter already brought the hot coco packets to class last week.

Alaina, the hot coco packets have already been purchased and delivered to the class. Ms. Eddy needed a way to have hot water in the classroom.

Hello all, thanks for everyone who replied. Please don't forget to send your child in with $2. I will put this money towards the Costco pizzas and popcorn I'm bringing in to class. Here is what I have so far:

Me - carafe, gingerbread cookies, paper plates, napkins
Kelly Taylor - carafe and electric kettle
Sheri Carroll - carafe and electric kettle
Kate Hamernik - mini marshmallows
Sandra Craig - hot cocoa packets
Christ Best - mini marshmallows
Alaina Jensen - hot cocoa packets and hot drink cups

The only thing lacking is cookies, but maybe some of you were planning to have your kiddo bring those as a given and just didn't let me know. If not, any sweets sent in will surely be eaten and appreciated. I realize I'm last minute with this so no one go out of their way - I'll grab a couple of large cookie bins from Costco when I get the pizza.

AND if you can, please send them in with a deck of cards. Mrs. Eddy offered to teach them some fun card games and she will provide the holiday music playlist. :)

I'm certainly no Angie!  So I REALLY appreciate everyone helping out and hope you all have a beautiful holiday break!
