bike parking

Hi, folks,

A friend of mine just moved in with his boyfriend at 610 West Ottawa and their apartment does not really accommodate a bike. He doesn’t use his every day but would like a place relatively nearby to keep it stored safely and hopefully out of the elements. Any ideas?

The City of Lansing offers the bike lockers for rent; not sure if they're available for long term lease though.

CATA also has had bike lockers for monthly rental.  I think they've got some still down at their main station downtown Lansing.
