Hi Folks,

Please help get the word out for this Event on April 8, 2024, at the Lansing Brewing Company. Cost is $5/per and you get a 1 raffle ticket.

Does TCBA/DALMAC have any items that we want to put into the raffle? Old left-over jerseys, for instance? I have not been to the shed in Okemos in a while so do not know what is there. If there are items let me know to let Anne know, or you can let her know directly.

Subject: All Cyclists Social is LIVE for promotion

 

We are “live" for the All Cyclists Social. Please do your magic and start sharing the event. Beyond your regular cycling audience, If there are business leaders, etc. that you have contact with and are involved in trails, roadways, infrastructure, cycling safety, etc. please invite them.

Plan for event: setup between 4:45-5:30. Doors open at 5:30, speakers at 6:15 and raffle drawings at 7p. Official end is 8p. The room, bar, etc. will remain available.

We’ll have food from 5:30-7 and it’ll be a cash bar. 

People can still come that night and pay $5 at the door.

If you have items for the raffle we’d be glad to add those,

Plan to have a table (if you need a second table please lmk). 

If there are cross promotions or other things you’d like to work together on for the event, let’s talk.

As the event gets bumped again on our social, we plan to add a few details about events that both of you have happening this season.
