If you are able to table tomorrow from 11:30 to 2 (we have someone from 2-4). Please let me know. Great opportunity for climate conversations if we are able to do this. 

Reply only to me if you can. No need to reply if you can’t. You can bring your own group’s material and/or we can arrange to get tabling materials to you in the morning. I could help at 11:30 for setup.

Hi everyone 

I had offered to staff a table tomorrow at the 519. The event goes 12-8 but tabling looks like it is 12-4. 

However now I have to be home because a plumber is coming to replace our toilet. 

Unfortunately I can’t seem to reschedule the work. It was supposed to be today but now it’s tomorrow. 

Is there anyone else who could attend this event and have some info out for folks?  We could figure out how to get table materials there if we have a volunteer to talk to people at the event. Also people could bring their own materials eg SCAN or another group. 

Sorry for last minute request. 

If we can’t do it I will just let Chriselle know.

Thank you very much for accepting the invitation. 

Resilience Fest will be from 12:00-8:00pm. You can set up between 11am and 12 noon. 

Tables and chairs will be provided as well as lunch and dinner. 

It will be indoors at the 519 (519 Church Street). 

Please let me know how many people, so I can note the number of chairs and table for your team.
