分組合作學習中的邊緣人

班上總是有邊緣人，在分組合作學習中，應該怎麼安置這些同學呢？
試過邊緣人可額外加分、試過好心人收容，還有沒有其他的方法呢？

跟老師同一組，由老師個別指導，等他翅膀硬了，再讓他加入分組組別中群飛~
