腹部肌群無力,先看能不能拉著東西,或借由輔助的器材漸進鍛練,等到腹部肌力進步了,再漸漸捨棄對器材的依賴。
我之前有買第四台廣告的total core,還滿好用的。

先練習捲腹就好了,讓核心肌群的強度先建立起來
若學生是因為太胖而無法完成仰臥起坐,則要一並解決體脂過高的問題
這方面就要從飲食控制、肌力訓練、有氧運動來著手了
