Hi, All.
Monday we will have a presentation for the campaign.
I think we have done well in the campaign so let's prepare to present
what we have done through the three weeks.
Another thing is the report.
I think we should assign the parts as we did in the pre-report.
Because we need time to integrate and revise, I think we had better
complete it before next Wednesday. I can help to write the "Evolution
of Your Campaign Strategy" and "Key Result" in the "Industry
Component" since I have monitoring datas through the campaign.
Emily, can you provide me an access to the Google analytic account? I
can log in with mine. Thank you.
Chris, can you provide a summary of the traffic change in the
campaign? Thanks.
Please reply this email with which part you want to participate, thank
you.

Shan, I've added your to the analytics. I will review the student document later today and get back with you all on the section I'd like to write about.

Shan,

I'd like to help with the Industry section as well, specifically the overview and recommendations. I will also handle, and perhaps Chris can help with this, the communication and readability component to make sure the entire report is legible and grammatically correct.

While we each have different sections, I think that once our respective sections are written, that we should review each others work to see if there is any more to add. It looks as though some of these things overlap (like the recommendations as an example). Qi, I'm thinking you and I will have similar write-ups by the time we're done.

I formatted the google doc that Qi started to be the correct size and margins and stuff.

OK. That sounds good.
How do you think of tomorrow's presentation?
I can finish the draft of my part tonight. Therefore I can present the strategy and result of our campaign tomorrow.
However, I don't know how should we handle the rest.

Great! I am almost done with the learning components and will upload it to Google Doc later tonight.
However, I could not limit the size of my part in two pages. We?ll see how to balance the entire report when we all finished each part.
Chris, would you mind helping collecting datas in our campaign to create some charts and tables for tomorrow's presentation?

Thank you all!

I don't see anything on the course web site about a formal presentation tomorrow....could someone tell me where the specifics are for this? I'm sorry, I don't recall him talking about a presentation.

Yes, thanks for asking this Emily, I don't recall a formal presentation either. I'm happy to speak to the micro-site and any stats, but I'm not seeing where a presentation is required.

He mentioned about the presentation on last course on Monday.
However, he didn't refer to any details and requirements.
I think all we need is to prepare some background information and ready to present anyway.

Professor Steinfield said we need to give a short summary of our ad campaign by illustrating some datas and figures. I don't think this is a formal presentation, either. I think we just need to prepare for it and maybe let one or two people briefly summarize it by pointing out some important key results and what we've learned in these 3 weeks.

Thanks

I added the overview portion. I may have written about things that are covered elsewhere in the report, but was trying to be brief. It's a little over a page so that more pages can be dedicated to the actual results and charts. Please review and feel free to adapt/change as necessary.

Hi. ALL
I just finished the evolution of strategy and key result.
I uploaded it to google docs.
However, I may need some addition information in the part of key result.
Please feel free to revise.
See you all tomorrow.

I made a simple powerpoint for today's class, just in case.

Hi, All.
I check our post report draft, now we are missing the parts of
conclusion, recommandation and summary.
I will continue to add more contents to the strategy and result to
extend the length of the report.
Hopefully to finish it before tomorrow's night.

Chris, if you receive the email, could you help to fill out the
missing part? Please reply the mail as soon as possible. Thank you.
