create a circos plot with synteny between two genomes

Hi,

First, thank you for the great tool.

I have created a circos plot using the advanced circos plugin.

I want to compare two chromosomes that are very similar. But I don't want the links to cross over because the chromosomes are being drawn in the 0-end direction all of the times.

Is it possible to draw a chromosome in the reverse order? so chr1 is draw 0-end and chr2 is drawn end-0?
