TbsSQL 3.0 in beta version

I'm currently finishing the new version of TbsSQL. It is version 3.0.
TbsSQL is a database connectivity tool, like ezSQL but quite easier to
use and having a hook for TinyButStrong merging.

The change log is:
- New cache feature (this is the major change)
- New property Version (is it useful?)
- More compatibility with PHP 4
- Trace mode now works when TbsSQL is used within TinyButStrong
