fixed: Directory traversal vulnerability in TBS examples

A vulnerability has been discovered in a TBS example file provided
with the TBS package (French end English).

The vulnerability is now fixed. If you have installed the TBS example
set at an online directory, then you should update the files using the
last TBS package.
