TBS 3.5 beta 2009-10-27

Hello,

A new beta is available for TBS 3.5.
I have just one more possible bug to check before to release the final
version.

The changelog is:
2009-10-27
- method LoadTemplate() supports a Charset argument that is an array.
- Fix the PHP notice when call $TBS->Plugin(-10):
Notice: Undefined property: clsTinyButStrong::$_PlugIns_Ok_save
Notice: Undefined property: clsTinyButStrong::$_piOnFrm_Ok_save
