Today: played with scoring. Got "all organisms included", working on "single root node"

Tonight: finish single root node, possibly grab another to work on

Roadblocks: girlfriend's computer having troubles and she wants to watch the Olympics, so I'm trying to reinstall Ubuntu with one hand while writing code with the other

Today: working on loading scoring data into a JTable, selecting trees from a list
Tomorrow: more scoring
Roadblocks: none

Today: Got bored & had some free time so spent about an hour fixing a few things and refactoring.  Checked-in my work & have uploaded a new version of the applet to the test server.  I am at the point now that I will start focusing more on the tree analyzation stuff that you guys are working on. But not today.  I might send a bug fix to Professor White for the tooltips, but probably not because its neither a showstopper nor is the survey active right now.

Tomorrow:  most likely nothing.

Roadblocks: none

Today: replaced TreeMap of graphs with ArrayList. (in AdminApplication)
Tomorrow: probably nothing, have to do some other homework. If ambition hits, will implement test for tree has branches.
Roadblocks: Minor cold. Aggravating but not fatal, as yet. Why do they keep the real cold medicine behind the pharmacy counter here? Do Massachusetts meth-heads buy their raw materials retail?

Dude, you never saw that episode of south park?  Kids & southern rappers love abusing tussin.
