Hi all -

Here is how we humans score the surveys. We should meet to talk about which of these you can implement.

All of them, to some degree. None of these should pose much trouble.
Can't do the semantics of "are groups labelled", of course, but we can
do "did they enter text". The others should all be pretty doable as
written.

For now, we'll implement a best guess so we have something to fix
when the students have finished. When we've got some trees scored,
we'll run them by you and compare them to what you humans come up
with.

You can do "are groups labelled" if you get input from the professor
about which subsets of the set of organisms count as groups. It would
be easy to provide that information as an argument to the graph
traversal methods. I will enter designing and implementing that feature
as an issue, so you can decide in the next sprint whether to move it
from your feature backlog to the to-do list.
