Okay, boys, here's the Virtual Scrum for 2/2.

Reply when you get this:
What did you do today, what will you be doing tomorrow, and if there's
anything holding you up, what is it?
No discussion, start a new topic if you want to go into detail or
follow up to something. Just the facts.

Me, I did nothing on the TBS today. Tonight, I expect to set up a
remote workspace on my UMB account and bang out the Controller
refactor.

Aside from the problem with my java environment, no holdups to report.

What I did today:
Trying to figure out what to do with undirected graphs.
Decided to concentrate on directed graphs for now.
Doing some work on scoring code.

What I am doing tomorrow:
Getting loop detection working for directed graphs

The work that I have done on TBS tonight was fix the issue that Professor White was having with the admin applet.(See the e-mail that I CC'd you guys on to Professor White).  Don't worry about what code I used for the JAR file, I used the old code from before I did my model refactoring because it has not be sufficiently tested.  I will be working on refactoring of the model some more tomorrow.

Side note, Jon, keep me posted on when you will be checking in your changes to the Controller, because in my travels in refactoring I have come up with some ideas for the controller as well, but I don't want to touch it until you have completed your work.
