We have progress. The TBS applet, as currently written, is up on fatcow. It reads our dummy student files, starts up the applet, and writes to the output file on the way out.

There are a few bugs to be worked out, but after kicking at cluster for the last month and a half, it's nice to see it actually hitting the file system.

I'll post a link once I work out the kinks.

Wow, nicely done Jon.  Let me know how where/how to load the applet and I'll put the updated version out there.  

Also, did you guys see the e-mail from Bolker last night?  Apparently he wants us to bring in our slides for the presentation tomorrow.  So just a heads up.  I'll try and whip something up for my portion of the presentation and put it out on google.

Ahh.  Ok, well that takes the pressure off a little.  I'll probably load mine onto the Wiki for tomorrow at least and send you the link so you can critique.
