1. Hurricane

90 ml Old Monk
60 ml passion fruit juice
30 ml orange juice
30 ml lime juice
15 ml grenadine (Or cranberry juice)
15 ml sugar syrup
This cocktail from New Orleans is super easy to make once you have the raw materials. Just fill half a shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice.

2. Rum Punch

1 ½ cups Old Monk
½ cup sugar syrup
4 cups mango juice (chilled)
3 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ grenadine or cranberry juice
3 cups soda (Chilled)
A rum punch is the perfect drink for any party. Combine all the ingredients, except soda, in a large bowl and mix well. Add soda and stir again. Serve over ice. This recipe serves about 12, so adjust the quantities accordingly.

30 ml coconut cream
120 ml pineapple juice
30 ml orange juice
Nutmeg powder
Pour the rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and orange juice into a shaker and shake about 10 times. Strain into a glass, add ice and sprinkle with a little nutmeg powder on top. You can garnish it with a slice of lemon or orange if you wanna be all fancy about it.

½ lemon rind
Cinnamon stick
Nutmeg powder (optional)
This drink is known to be soothing for a cold or sore throat. Add the rum, honey, lemon juice and the lemon rind to a cup. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg powder if you want. Put the cinnamon stick in and pour hot water. Stir well to blend and sip slowly.
