Pasco Rocket Launch, Sat., Jul 20

All,

The Pasco group is holding a rocket launch this Saturday at the Heinen Sod Farm, a little bit north of Country Mercantile.  We will start launching around 9am, and we will go til dusk or until everyone is too hot and tired to continue ; ).

Our family will have loaner rockets available.  I haven't heard yet whether a rocket vendor will be onsite or not, so I would recommend picking up a few engines at Hobby Lobby (if you have a coupon), Adventures Underground, or HobbyTown.

Bring lots of sunscreen/sunhats, camping chairs, WATER, and food. Port-a-potty should be onsite.  Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking in dirt, weeds, and sod (probably not flip-flops).
