Hello Spencer,

 

I have received your application and I will be the Event Coordinator for the following reservation:

 

12/11, Brachfeld

Pre-post access: 3:30pm- 6:30pm

Event time: 4:30pm- 6pm     

 

I would love to get started and need some additional information, please see the following questions and answer in as much detail as possible. If you could also confirm that the above dates/ times are still what you are looking for that would be great.

 

How many attendees are you expecting? Will you be needing anything other than the existing conference table? Will you be needing any AV equipment? Will you be providing food/ alcohol? Any special requests or things you think we should know?

Got a projector from 3 PM Wednesday to 12 noon Thursday. I can pick this up.
Do we need extension cords/did we have this last semester?
If so, can't get it from Van Pelt.
