Is there any way to use this component in Delphi7? Use Delphi7 CLX for
compatibility with Linux but with dbExpress can not use the DLL Client
Firebird 2.1.

Unhappily not. The driver was developed to DBX version 4, which has big changes with the version shipped with Delphi 7.
What's happening using the default Interbase driver?
