it's great idea, I have participated in this celebration in Vienna, it was amazing.
just be careful as it is not popular in Georgia and maybe you get fine for polluting streets :P
Have fun,
Tina

"Never Ask Permission
Our advice to anybody who has ever wondered is to never ask permission. This may change in the distant future if we witness some kind of crackdown against free events and interventions, but in the meantime, it is very unlikely that anybody will say yes. We must also remind you: the “permit culture” we citizens witness in city halls around the world is perhaps the single largest barrier to experiencing the full richness of public life in the cities we live in. Do not ask for permission, public assembly is a human right."

"In all our time doing this and communicating with many similar groups around the world, we have never heard of police arresting or ticketing anybody in relation to a public pillow fight."

Georgia is not Europe!!! and reaction will be different from government side, just ask Youth Movement in City hall to integrate this day in Georgia as well, and you know how much they try to copy things from Europeans so i think you will get permission and plus they will promote this day and you will get several hundred people doing that :))

Sounds like a good event,
But for example combining pillow fighting with a massive cleaning around the area that we're going to fight(as eka also mentioned about) and anouncing this event for example like " We fight to clean" or whatever, would take less attention and would be remembered as a good and harmless event as well. We should remember how our brains work, when people hear about the verb fighting the first thing come up in their mind would not be colorful things :) So we don't want to provocate everyone even if it is undelibaretly.

ps: Since I am in Istanbul I can send you a puppet of me that you can hit as much  as you want so that I would feel as I am taking part in it :)
Cheers,
Ibo
