Its a local where travellers can meet and share experiences. Free
place for meetings and cultural events.
It also has basic facilities of a cafee, shower, a projection
room ... ...
Its a club-house which has no tax obligations. Local office facilities
will be managed by travelers and locals members of different Shared
hospitality networks like, bewelcome, H.C, CS, Servas ..
Cafee is just a facility that people can bring their food-bawerage to
cook and share with others. Food selling has legal limitations in many
countries. Thus, it is a kitchen more than a coffee.
All trade exchanges can be beneficial to the community.
The house also has a library for book exchange, wifi and computer with
internet connection.. Bikes ..
It's a place were to charge battery's in both meanings :)
also might have a couch for desperate travelers.
Costs of the office could be supported by donations of local Shared
hospitality members, sponsors or local government. Or could be a room
volunteered by a local, who loves travelers.
It is not complicated to start.
Since at the beginning a small space would be enough.
Of course it's just a draft of the idea and we can modify it and adapt
to local needs and reality.
