Hello beautiful people,

Not that active period in the social center? It's not necessary to
have a physical space to start our 'movement'.
I think we need more ideas and motivation to do something! which i
have and there were some people with good ideas..
Like Ibo, who will probably tell us again about his ones!
But know i will tell about mine, which isn't actually mine, but one
French artist called JR. Some of you might know about him but for them
who never heard about this crazy photographer making a huge photos
and then putting them into different places!, there is his web-page
where you can see his works: http://www.jr-art.net/
He really did an amazing projects in France, Brazil, Israel and
Palestine, Africa and so on.. and then he decided that it could be
possible for everyone everywhere to make their cities beautiful.
So the Idea is following: everyone can make a portrait photo and send
it to him, and if the portrait is good he will send the big poster to
the author, who can paste it in his city to show it everyone! project
is called 'Inside-Out-Project". For more information about this idea
and better English I suggest you to watch this video where JR,
himself is talking! link: http://www.ted.com/talks/jr_s_ted_prize_wish_use_art_to_turn_the_world_inside_out.html

I was thinking this is a good idea for our social center to join this
project or if it doesn't work we could do it by ourselves! There is
more possibilities that we can do with this idea..

So people, let's discuss it and i want to hear you ideas too..

Let's be more ACTIVE!!!

Hey mate,

cool to hear from you!

Depends what we choose, if we want to send the photo(s) to JR then it means that it should be a portrait. in that case, I would like to make something In Tbilisi suburbs.. But it can be in also in the center depends on the topic, which i think can be
about poor street children, or ethnic topic could be also interesting! as we have many citizens with different nationalities.
and I like also JR's project "Woman are heroes" that can be done here as well, as I think that woman are really heroes here!

Also there is tones of possibilities if we do it buy ourselves! we just have to gather and discuss it!

Hi,
Great idea! I like it ..
We can also do it. Yesterday I met one photographer, he is a
couchserfer and he will stay in Georgia for a few weeks, so he could
take photos : ))
