error when sending an order

Could you please help me debug the following error when i try to send an order :

[AWT-EventQueue-0] ERROR [com.tbg.adapter.paper.broker.PaperBroker] - Cannot found the last event, not able to fullfill the order!!

I will so asap.
I have a fakemarketfeed with an on event occuring every minute. During this event à thread is activated. This thread gathers realtime stock info from google. I do not know how to generate an event with thèse data. I think this explains why i have this error When i try to send an order.
