Question of TB2J_merge.py

  I am sorry to bother you.Here is my question:

  I encountered the following error while using TB2J_mergy.py:

TB2J/io_merge.py:216: RuntimeWarning: invalid value encountered in divide
  w = Jani_removed / Jani

When I looked at the ucf file of VAMPIRE, some of the atomic exchange interactions became nan.They look like :

1 0 1 -1 0 0 nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan
2 0 2 -1 0 0 nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan
3 0 5 -1 0 0 nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan
May I ask what the reason is? How should I solve it?
