I have the files for the .scf and .nscf for the CoFe2O4.

How to prepare the input files for spin-up and spin-down (.win and .pw2wannier90)?”

Hello,

Please read the Wannier90 tutorial which acutully use Quantum ESPRESSO as example for DFT codes.
