Sorry, I don't know - the page doesn't say. And we have
non-Windows users as well of course + not all Windows users has
the data collection enabled, and what other factors play in. The
main data point to take in here is probably the order of the
markets, which one could assume is somewhat independent of the
other factors.

But like I wrote, many things could play into the raw numbers.
For comparing countries, I'd imagine other factors even out.

Mozilla have wasted a decade getting laser focused and deadly fast while ignoring what amounts to a very significant market share.
Thunderbird support for these languages has great gaping holes as you are painfully aware... perhaps it is an area the management team can be persuaded to pursue. There should be no need to an RTL add-on after more than 20 years of Mozilla and more than 10 of Thunderbird.
