Thunderbird 68.9.0 FR Stops Automatically Retrieving Messages.

Hello,

We have a problem with Thunderbird suddenly failing to automatically retrieve messages for our users from our IMAP server. We are able to get it working again by remote controlling their device and adjusting the message retrieve interval, clicking the get messages button and then restarting Thunderbird. I am not sure if this fixes it or if the problem will recur. Has anyone else ran into a similar problem or know of what my have caused this?
