Old security (TLS or some such) protocols

Just a heads up for anybody who missed it, New versions of TB are
failing when pointed at antiquated mail servers (which is fair enough).

On send it pops up an error message saying so but on receive it just
fails silently with spinning mouse cursors rather than giving an error
message. (only tested with IMAP on RX)

I think you're referring to the fact that TLS 1.2 (or higher) is now
required.
