Yes, but Mozilla has the habit to copy prerelease versions into the
release directory on the ftp server, before they have tested it. Then
sometimes a few days later they quitely replace the file with a fixed
version, without modifying the version number.
That's why I asked how we can know when it is declared as officialy
released. Because if it needs a fix after this, it will get a new
version number.
Usually a version can be regarded as being released as soon as it is
linked on the download webpage, but the download webpage has already
been modified to show only version 38.
